کلادین ۱۸ (انگلیسی: Claudin-18) یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «CLDN18» کُدگذاری می‌شود^[۴] و عضوی از خانواده پروتئن‌های کلادین است. این خانوادهٔ بزرگ پروتئینی رشته‌های اتصالات محکم را در سلول‌های اپیتلیال تشکیل می‌دهند.^[۵] [تهیه شده توسط پروژهٔ میراث مندلی در انسان]^[۴]

ایزوفرم ۲ (کلادین ۱۸٫۲) در تومورهای معده فراوان است.^[۶] و در سرطان لوزالمعده هم دیده می‌شود.^[۷]

داروی جدید زولبتوکسیمب، کلادین ۱۸٫۲ را هدف قرار می‌دهد تا به درمان سرطان معده و سرطان محل اتصال مری و معده کمک کند.^[۸]^[۹]^[۱۰]
